We use a third-party service (Alibaba Cloud OCR recognition capability) for information recognition, which processes data only according to our instructions. Your ID image will be deleted immediately after verification. We only encrypt and store necessary identity information for subsequent identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal requirements. This information will be retained during the account's existence or for the legally required period, and data security will be protected through encrypted transmission, access control, and other security measures. You can cancel your account at any time, and we will delete or anonymize your real-name authentication information to the extent permitted by law.

3. How do we use this information

We collect the above information from you primarily for the following purposes:

• Services provided and maintained: for account management, competition registration, score recording, data statistics, etc.
• Optimize user experience: Analyze how you use the app, determine which features are popular, and diagnose bugs/crashes.
• Notifications and Communication: We will send you notifications related to competitions, platform feature updates, customer service responses, and more.
• Security and Risk Control: Detecting abnormal behavior, preventing cheating or abuse, and ensuring platform fairness.

When using features requiring real-name authentication, you will need to submit a photo of your ID card and related documents for identity verification. We use a third-party service (Alibaba Cloud OCR recognition capability) for information verification, which processes data only according to our instructions. We collect real-name authentication information only for:

• Verify user identity to prevent impersonation or multiple accounts used for cheating.
• Handling competition disputes, violation investigations, and account security issues.
• Meets the compliance requirements of applicable laws and regulations for online identity verification.

The ID image will be deleted immediately after verification. We only encrypt and store necessary identity information for subsequent identity verification. Real-name authentication information will not be used for advertising, user profiles, or any purpose unrelated to identity verification.

Real-name authentication is only required for participating in specific competitive features. If you choose not to complete real-name authentication, you can still use the platform's basic functions, but you will not be able to participate in events requiring identity verification or receive rewards. Relevant information will be retained during the account's existence or for the period required by law, and data security will be protected through encrypted transmission, access control, and other security measures. You can apply to have this information deleted when you cancel your account.

8. Children's privacy

The competitive features on this platform are primarily intended for users with full civil capacity. If minors wish to use these features, it should be done with the consent and guidance of their guardians. We will not knowingly collect sensitive personal information of minors without their guardians' consent.

9. Cookies and related technologies

We may use cookies/local storage/similar tracking technologies on the web or mobile to improve user experience, remember settings, and analyze usage.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings or device settings, but this may affect the use of some functions.
