"Sporreer" User Service Agreement

Effective Date: December 25, 2025

Welcome to "Sporreer" products and related services! "Sporreer" is a client application developed and operated by Shanghai Wabala Technology Co., Ltd. In "Sporreer", we provide you with services such as sports-assisted training, sports-assisted competition, and user interaction.

1. Introduction

Unless otherwise defined in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• "This platform" refers to the sports competition platform "Sporreer" and related services operated by Shanghai Wabala Technology Co., Ltd.
• "User" refers to a natural person who registers, logs in, or uses this service.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, data, etc. that users upload or generate during the course of this service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• By using this service, you agree to and accept all the contents of this agreement, including any future updates.
• This agreement may be updated by this platform from time to time. The updated terms will automatically take effect once they are published on the platform, and users' continued use of this service indicates their agreement to be bound by the revised terms.

3. User Qualification

• Users promise that they have legal capacity for action, and users under the age of 18 must use this service with the consent of their guardian.
• Users may not register or use this service in the name of another person, nor may they impersonate another person's information.

4. Account and Security

• Users must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering an account, and update it from time to time to maintain its authenticity.
• Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and passwords and must not allow third parties to use their accounts or disclose their passwords.

5. Service content and usage

• This platform provides sports-related functions, including but not limited to: performance records, event registration, ranking information, and social interaction.
• Users should use the service reasonably and must not use it to publish illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful information.
• Users must comply with other rules or guidelines published on this platform.
• The results recorded or displayed on this platform are for data purposes only. The final results or rankings are determined by the organizing unit of the actual event.

6. Content rights and authorization

• The intellectual property rights of the platform and its content (excluding user-generated content) belong to the platform or its rights holders.
• Users grant this platform a free, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use any data or content uploaded to this platform (including uploaded event records, etc.) for the purpose of summarizing, displaying, statistically analyzing, and collaborating with relevant third parties worldwide.

7. Privacy protection

• The specific methods by which this platform collects, uses, and protects users' personal data are subject to the Privacy Policy published by this platform.
• Users agree that this service may collect and use their information to provide services to the extent permitted by law.

8. Service Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• This platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. This platform is not responsible for service interruptions caused by network, server maintenance, or other reasons.
• This platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages for any losses incurred by users in using this platform, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Risk Disclosure and Liability for Sports Accidents

• Users understand and acknowledge that sports activities involve certain risks, including but not limited to: falls, collisions, sprains, heatstroke, traffic accidents, and other accidental injuries that may lead to physical harm or even serious consequences. Users' voluntary participation in the activity indicates their full understanding and acceptance of these inherent risks.
• Users agree that they have ensured their health condition is suitable for participating in the relevant sports activities before participating in the competition or using this service. If a user has any illness or health problem that makes strenuous exercise unsuitable, they should proactively stop participating in this service and activities.
• Users must comply with all applicable traffic rules, event rules, and safety guidelines published by this platform during the event or activity. Users shall bear full responsibility for any accidents or damages caused by their violation of the above rules.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, this platform shall not be liable for any personal injury or property damage caused by the participant's own actions, misjudgments, violation of rules, or failure to wear safety equipment properly. This platform shall also not be liable for losses arising from force majeure, third-party actions, or reasons not attributable to the platform's gross negligence.
• In the event of an accident or emergency, this platform and its representatives may take necessary first aid measures within a reasonable scope, but do not guarantee the outcome of any measure or the complete avoidance of damage, and do not assume any responsibility for the effectiveness of such measures.

10. Prohibited behaviors

• Unauthorized use of other people's accounts or impersonation
• Use this service to distribute spam, viruses, or other destructive programs.
• Using illegal means to modify or attack the platform or interfere with other users' use
• Any other violation of the law or this agreement

11. Service Changes and Termination

• This platform reserves the right to modify or terminate all or part of its services at any time without prior notice to users.
• If a user violates this agreement or related rules, this platform has the right to suspend services and take appropriate actions, including deleting the account or content.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (including but not limited to the laws applicable in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region).
• In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to make every effort to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the location of this platform or the location where the service is used.
